Arc Controls was established in January 1975. We have always been involved in Difficult and Precision Welding, along with Heat Treating/Heat Processing of metals and other materials. We have performed our work both in the shop and in the field.

Our ability to bring our Welding and Heat Treating capabilities to our customer's facilities has enabled us to become involved in a variety of work far beyond the normal scope of a small company’s operation. Over the years we have evolved from a Welding and Heat Treating Specialty Shop to a General Manufacturer with a whole spectrum of metal working capabilities.

Arc Controls still does shop and field work and on-site machining, as well. We serve Industrial, Marine and Government customers. We are totally conscious of Cost, Quality, Delivery, Safety and the Environment.

Vacuum Chamber built of Stainless Steel and Inconel 617. Designed and built to ASME Section VIII, Div. 1. Strict guidelines are in place to ensure the material is kept free of carbon contamination, including positive air filtration. On-site testing included RT, PT and Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detection.
